Your privacy is important to us. This Candidate Privacy Statement describes how we, as Alpaslan Law Firm, process your personal data provided to us within the scope of job application and recruitment processes under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698

We process your personal data based on our legitimate interests in order to carry out, process, evaluate and carry out general recruitment processes and to contact you within this scope. If your job application is unsuccessful, we will retain your information for a reasonable period of time in accordance with the KVKK. Your personal data may also be used to contact you again in the event of open positions that we believe may be suitable for you in the future. Your personal data may be shared with the institutions or organizations permitted by the provisions of the legislation.

As Alpaslan Law Firm, during your visits to our office or website, we collect the following information through physical or online application forms, face-to-face interviews and similar verbal, written or electronic means:

- - Name, surname, contact information,
  - Information about your education, internship and career development,
  - Information from your references and security/reliability screening to check your employment eligibility
  - Your personal data, resume and content provided by the application form
  - Visual recordings obtained through other closed circuit security camera system (CCTV) during our visits to our office
  - Other information we may request about you as part of your job application

We take all kinds of technical and administrative measures to ensure the appropriate level of security when processing your personal data.

Before providing us with information about a third party (e.g. contact information of the person to be contacted in an emergency), you must inform the person in question duly under the KVKK and, if necessary, obtain his consent to process his data.
